Framing

You may schedule an additional appointment to frame your artwork.
The studio has a large selection of Italian crafted custom frames. Our design consultant can guide you through the process, discussing the color palette of your home and the style of furniture. Custom Framing is priced à la carte and is not included in our print prices.

Canvas Prints

Each canvas print needs to be stretched by the framer to fully display its perfection. There are framing two options available:

Gallery Wrap

Contemporary technique of stretching the canvas over a heavy wooden frame used by contemporary artists and seen in most art galleries around the world. This technique creates a clean square edged artwork that is fully wrapped in the photograph.

Traditional Framed Canvas

The canvas print is stretched on a fine wooden stretcher by the framer then framed using traditional framing methods which often include a linen or gilded liner bar to separate artwork from the handcrafted frame.

Watercolor Prints

Float mounting is used to showcase the unique hand torn edge of your watercolor print. Watercolor prints are float mounted (raised slightly) on matboard within a frame and protected by glass. All materials used are of fine archival quality.

Standard Prints

Standard prints are mounted beneath a cutout surround of mat board within the frame and protected by glass.
All materials used are of fine archival quality.

Smaller standard prints can be framed individually, as a diptych (2 prints) or in groups of 3, 5 or 7 to create wonderful story artworks.
